I knew the benefits of Yoga before I had a Parkinson’s diagnosis and after my initial fear and shock I decided to put Yoga to the test.

It was so effective at managing my symptoms; I trained as a Yoga teacher so that I could pass this knowledge onto others living with Parkinson’s Disease.
